where do you ship?

Things are shipped from Sweden and can be shipped worldwide! Keep in mind that it can get expensive the further away you get. But I will always tell you beforehand and give you the best alternatives! You can send me an email if you have any other shipping questions.

Yes, I do offer free, local pickup in Sweden, Borås! 

 

how much is a custom order?

All custom orders vary in price and are calculated based on material costs and estimated production time. Send me an email for more information!

 

how do I pay for my order?

After I've received your order-email I'll send you information on estimated time and shipping costs as well as how to pay. As of now, I take payments through Swish (Sweden only) or PayPal. 

 

what things can I order for “custom orders”?

Gift for a loved one, a replica of a pet, the sky is the limit... almost! you can also just customize products in my store. If you have an idea send me an email and we’ll talk about it! 

 

how long will it take until I get my order? 

I make all products to order. That means the product will be made AFTER you placed your order. The time it takes to produce varies based on the size of the product and how many other orders I have to fulfill. I will tell you an estimated time and shipping cost before you pay and before I start the production via email. 

 

What does UF stand for?

UF is short for "Ung Företagssamhet" which is a Swedish organization that educates high school students in entrepreneurship and helps them create businesses. My business was earlier one of them. But when I graduated from school I couldn't be a “UF-business” any longer and I turned it into my own personal company to keep on selling my crafts under the name Soffpotato Crafts but without the help from “UF”.
